One or Zero Technologies Sdn Bhd is a Bumiputera-owned ICT provider, system integrator and cyber security company. Since 2012 we have helped government agencies, education providers and growing enterprises modernise the way they work, through custom systems, reliable infrastructure and practical digital transformation.
We were incorporated with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) in January 2019, moving from an enterprise to a private limited company. Our developers, infrastructure engineers and security specialists work together across the full stack, so software, systems and security are designed and supported as one.

We started One or Zero with a simple belief: that technology earns its place only when it quietly makes work easier. Thirteen years on, we serve government agencies, education providers and growing enterprises across Sarawak and beyond, and that belief still guides how we build.
What has grown is the range of what we do. Custom software, cloud infrastructure, networks, cyber security, smart automation, engineering and media now sit within one company, supported by a team that picks up the phone when something matters.
